Refunds are not provided for services already rendered, but we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues you may have regarding your session. Dilada Massage Therapy maintains a professional environment where respect, dignity, and appropriate behaviour are expected from both clients and therapists. Any inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to harassment, verbal, or physical abuse, will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the session and/or legal action.
